John Hallman Chief Strategist

John Hallman is a veteran government affairs and public policy professional with more than two decades of experience navigating Florida's legislative and regulatory landscape. Since beginning his work in Tallahassee in 2003, he has developed extensive expertise in legislative strategy, public affairs, grassroots advocacy, coalition building, and governmental relations.

Throughout his career, John has worked closely with elected officials, state agencies, local governments, business leaders, trade associations, and advocacy organizations to advance policy objectives and achieve successful outcomes. His experience spans a wide range of issues, including land use, agriculture, property rights, economic development, environmental policy, transportation, water resources, and local government affairs.

Known for his deep understanding of the legislative process, John provides clients with strategic guidance on policy development, legislative monitoring, stakeholder engagement, and advocacy initiatives. His ability to analyze complex public policy issues and build effective relationships across diverse interests has earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor and effective advocate.

His focus is on helping clients navigate government processes, understand emerging policy challenges, and develop effective strategies to achieve their objectives.

Danielle Snitker Legislative Consultant

Danielle Snitker is a Florida-based legislative consultant, business strategist, and communications professional with more than a decade of experience navigating the intersection of public policy, small business advocacy, and community engagement.

Since 2014, Danielle has worked alongside industry leaders, business owners, and advocacy organizations to advance legislative priorities at the local and state levels. She is best known within Florida's craft beer industry for her involvement in advocacy efforts that helped modernize beer laws, including the successful campaign to repeal Florida's prohibition on 64-ounce growlers. Her work has focused on building coalitions, educating policymakers, developing grassroots campaigns, and translating complex policy issues into compelling public narratives.

In addition to her legislative experience, Danielle brings more than 30 years of leadership in the hospitality industry, having managed restaurants, bars, and beverage programs throughout Florida. This extensive operational background gives her a practical understanding of how legislation affects small businesses, entrepreneurs, and local communities.
